Voucher Terms and Conditions

All vouchers are subject to a signed contract and fully paid invoice.

If you have been gifted a $ value towards a session you must complete the payment of the session when booking your time OR you may request to use the value on print products.

Shoot time is arranged by mutual agreement and is non refundable but can be rescheduled due to illness or due to weather at the discretion of the photographer.

Photography sessions are to be held within 1hr of 3138 or will incur an additional travel fee.

Vouchers may only be used for the type of shoot specified on the the voucher and cannot be transferred or used in part for an alternate shoot type unless by the photographer discretion, photographer decision is final. eg. if you have been gifted a family session it cannot be used for headshots or your business.

Gift vouchers are not-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue as per Australian law and your shoot must be scheduled for a date within this period.

Should the recipient wish to purchase further prints or products these are available at normal rates.
